Here’s a look at the grid quilting on my Scrappy Here’s a look at the grid quilting on my Scrappy Arrows quilt.

Some quilting details 👇
▪️I spray basted this one. I pieced together some leftover batting so it was a little wonky. Spray basting will keep it in place.
▪️ I first marked 3-6 inch spaced vertical lines.
▪️ Then I started on one edge and quilted those lines.
▪️ Next I marked 3 inch spaced lines and quilted those edge to edge.
▪️ I’m always feeding my quilt through on the same side so I don’t get pulled fabric. I start towards an edge.
▪️ And then I filled in my empty spaces using the guide bar that came with my walking foot at 1 inch spacing.
▪️And then repeat the whole process on the horizontal to create the grid.
▪️stitch length - 4.0
▪️Marking tool - Hera Marker by @cloverusa

This is a really easy design that results in a really nice effect.

I quilted up this Lucky Links using a 1 inch space I quilted up this Lucky Links using a 1 inch spaced crosshatch. I take the time to mark a lot of my lines with a Hera marker because it keeps them nice and straight! Otherwise they start to warp with just the guide bar.

Some quilting details 👇
▪️I pin basted this one on my kitchen island.
▪️ I first marked 6 inch spaced diagonal lines following my chain links.
