Today I’m sharing this solids Tiled Stars II quilt. I tried to find it on the blog only to realize I never posted it! Tiled Stars II is a fat quarter and fat eighth friendly quilt pattern that came out a few years ago. This solids version was sewn up around that time. It uses Art Gallery Pure Solids.

Tiled Stars II quilt pattern
Tiled Stars II is a sawtooth star block based quilt pattern. It has cute little tiny squares with each block. The quilt pattern has lots of quilt sizes from baby to queen. The solids quilt shown here is the large throw. It’s a pretty generous sized throw at 69″x82″.
Art Gallery Pure Solids
This beautiful bundle of solids are the Suzy Quilts Pure solids for Art Gallery Fabrics. I used most of them in the quilt.
Pin basting and Machine quilting
I quilted up this large throw myself on my Janome MC6700p. I went with my favorite stitch – the wavy stitch. My lines are spaced 3/4 inch apart. The stitch length is 3.0 and the width is 7.0.
