Today I’m sharing the Art Gallery Pure Solids sample of the brand new Diamond Pop quilt. This version uses the optional accent color for the diamond. I used a very subtle cream color for my accent here but you can use something with more contrast to give more pop.
Diamond Pop is nice and stash friendly and is the latest Quilty Love pattern. You can find it in the shop here.
Art Gallery Pure Solids
This version of Diamond Pop is sewn up using (mostly) the Geo Blooms Art Gallery Pure Solids. I think there are a few extras in there too. These are the coordinating solids that go with the Geo Blooms line.
Here they are listed top to bottom in the photo below: Sweet Fig, Bewitched, Ocean Fog, Morning Frost, Spruce, Fresh Sage, Patina Green, Tender Green, Raw Gold, Honey, Olive Oil, Crystal pink, Georgia Peach and Grapefruit.
Background quilt is Crossroads – using mostly the same fabrics.
Diamond Pop Quilt Pattern
Diamond Pop is the newest Quilty Love quilt pattern. It’s inspired by the popular Star Pop pattern. I wanted to give you another design option for this stash friendly quilt.
Diamond Pop can be sewn together with any of the following:
- Fat Quarters
- Fat Eighths
- Quarter Yards
- Layer Cake or 10″ squares
- Or a mix of the above!
Just like Star Pop, this one has tons of quilt sizes from baby up to king bed size.

I sent this solids Diamond Pop off to Modern Textiles for quilting. Katie used the Cottage Blooms Pantograph by Long Arm League.
