Cross Tile Quilt _ The Alison Glass One

Cross Tile is one of my favorite Quilty Love quilt patterns.  The first version I made up was a low volume quilt so when I had the opportunity to work with these bright and cheery Alison Glass fabrics I couldn’t wait to make up another Cross Tile quilt.

Cross Tile quilt pattern is available here.

I’m loving how bright and happy this quilt is.  These fabrics are the new Insignia colors by Alison Glass for Andover Fabrics.  They are basically a solid with subtle little motifs throughout.

Cross Tile quilt is a fairly quick one to put together and uses fat quarters.  I love the big bold blocks and the plus signs found throughout.

I had this Cross Tile quilt quilted by Kaitlyn of Knot and Thread.  I kept it simple with wavy lines.

Cross Tile is backed and bound in my favorite grey solid.  It’s Robert Kaufman Kona in the color silver.  Lately I’ve been finding myself machine binding all of the quilts.  I have a machine binding tutorial here.

Cross Tile comes in Baby, Throw and Queen sizing.  You can grab a copy of this modern quilt pattern in the Quilty Love Shop.
