Fox Glove Blog Showcase- Triangle Hexies Quilt Pattern

I’m super excited to be participating in Aneela Hoey’s Foxglove Blog Showcase.

Her brand new foxglove line for Cloud9 fabrics is so adorable and was super fun to sew with.   I am all about these colors so I didn’t hesitate to participate in this one.   Foxglove is available in fabric stores now.

I immediately had visions of triangles when I saw this fabric line.   Not sure why..lol.    But I went with it and am pretty excited that my vision translated to fabric perfectly.   I’ve written up a pattern for this one and it’s available in my shop.

Triangle Hexies is a modern hexie quilt pattern.  The white sashing really makes the hexies stand out.  Pull out your favorite fat quarters for this quilt as it shows them off beautifully.

I recommend a 8in or larger triangle ruler for Triangle Hexies.  I use this one here.

Triangle hexies includes instructions for baby size, throw size and Twin size.

The little foxes in this line are just too cute!   I paired this Fox Glove fabric with my very favorite grey.  This gray is Kona in Silver.  It’s the perfect shade of cool grey.

This Triangle Hexies quilt is quilted on my domestic machine with my favorite walking foot technique.  This is the multi stitch zig zag using my walking foot.  I use this walking foot for my Janome Sewing maching.
