Daysail scrappy granny square quilt

Just can’t resist photographing fabric.   Especially when it’s this pretty!   I actually opened this daysail jelly roll
up the second I took it out of the mailer.   And then promptly cut it up into little squares
for a scrappy granny square quilt.

This granny square quilt remains a quilt top along with several others.   The daysail fabric yardage will be released in February sometime so I’ll be waiting for that for a backing.   I’m thinking one of the florals will make a pretty backing.  I love this one but not sure if I’ll keep it or finally open up an etsy shop so I stop keeping all the quilts!

I used the remainder of this jelly roll on a fun baby quilt that I can’t wait to share!
